Taking a Break

It’s Sunday. It’s nice out. And I’m stretched out on the sofa with Lisa Kleypas’s Rainshadow Road because it’s—in a word—winsome. If, like me, you’re burned out on paranormals and haven’t recovered, you can ignore the magic element because it’s more of a side note. I’m actually smiling as I read this book, which hasn’t happened with a romance novel in a long time.
