I do not know if this is something that would interest you, or whether there's something similar in Canada, but I've recently found A is For... They raise funds for the Center for Reproductive Rights in the US. Given the current climate on women's right to make their own choices, seems like an urgent and worthy cause.

Don’t be. After my last trip to Italy, I spent an entire year disappointed in all the Italian food in North America. Those were dark days. And despite trying for the last ten years, I still haven’t found good seafood risotto outside of Italy.

It doesn’t seem at all ridiculous to you that violating JSTOR’s TOS could earn him more jail time than if he’d physically broken into JSTOR’s facilities, stolen the hard disks with the same data he downloaded, burned down the building, and accidentally killed someone in the process?
