Show About Nothing, Good. Commercial About Nothing, Dud.

8 Sep 2008

The rumor is Jerry Seinfeld is getting $10 million to hawk for Microsoft and the bug-ridden Windows Vista. From this commercial, I don’t think Gates and the other shareholders are getting their money’s worth. And the slogan? “The Future. Delicious.” Seriously, WTF?

I guess at least Steve Jobs can rest easier. (Or not, since he and his crew desperately need to revamp the iPod so the iPhone doesn’t continue to cannibalize it.)

Yeah, I don’t know what Microsoft was thinking. The whole commercial was just…odd. At least the Mac commercials make sense. This, well, I don’t know what they’re selling. Gates is cheap? So is Seinfeld? Huh?

I love Jerry, but this ad was boring. His American Express ads were super funny.

Everyone I know thinks this is the most stupid thing ever.
